Event Details
Louis Tomlinson Queuing System
To ensure a fair and comfortable experience for fans wishing to be the first to gain entry to the arena, a randomly allocated wristband system will be in place for this event at the request of the artist’s team.
This process is for standing ticket holders only, and only for the first 1,500 to enter the venue.
Fans must not queue at the venue before wristband collection begins.
Wristband Collection:
09:00 – 11:00 (or until allocation runs out)
Outside Door C, Utilita Arena Birmingham
- Fans wishing to take part in wristband collection must only arrive during the collection window to receive a wristband.
- Wristbands will be issued in a randomly allocated number order.
- One wristband per person only.
- Wristbands are limited and will be issued on a first‑come basis during the collection period.
Once issued, wristbands allow you to leave the area and return later to your allocated position in the queue.
Returning for Venue Entry:
- Please do not return to queue at the venue before 15:00.
- There will be no queuing facilities in place before this time, and early queuing is not permitted.
- From 15:00, wristband holders may return and join the queue in numerical order, as directed by venue staff.
- Doors will then open for general admission as scheduled.

Our Bag Policy
All bags are searched prior to entry; therefore, to help speed things up and ensure your safety, we'd prefer if you didn't bring a bag to our venue.
Now, we understand some of you will definitely need to bring some essential bits to the show, if you do, then your bag **MUST** be the following...
No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)

Age Limits
Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).
Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs+.
