Book Your Locker
To make your night easier, we’ve introduced secure, keyless lockers at Utilita Arena Birmingham. They are operated entirely through your smartphone, letting you head straight to the standing floor or your seat without the extra baggage.
We have a set number of lockers available for each event, so we recommend booking yours in advance to make sure you have a spot sorted before you arrive.
Prebook your Parking
We highly recommend pre-booking your parking space to secure a guaranteed spot before you leave home and ensure a quick, effortless arrival.

Official Tour Merchandise
Official merchandise is available at dedicated outlets across the venue, including two permanent stores on the main Concourse Level. Check the Merchandise page for stall locations and details on early access or pre-orders for your event.
Our Bag Policy
All bags are searched prior to entry; therefore, to help speed things up and ensure your safety, we'd prefer if you didn't bring a bag to our venue.
Now, we understand some of you will definitely need to bring some essential bits to the show, if you do, then your bag **MUST** be the following...
No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)
Maximum of 2 compartments
Rucksacks are not permitted

With a range of options available throughout the venue, you're never far from a quick bite, sweet treat or refreshing drink. Whether you're grabbing something before the show or during the interval, there's plenty to keep you fuelled throughout your visit.

Please note outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Age Limits
Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).
Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs+.
