The YONEX All England Open Badminton Championships is one of only four Super 1000 tournaments on badminton's World Tour and is the only event of its kind in Europe.

With more than 125 years of heritage to its name, the All England remains the most prestigious event in the badminton calendar. Six days of high-octane, world-class badminton as Birmingham welcomes the very best athletes in the badminton world to the Utilita Arena Birmingham!

Steeped in history, this quite simply is the greatest tournament on tour. This is the one event in the sporting calendar you do not want to miss.

The YONEX All England Open 2026 will start on Tuesday 3rd March. For the first three days, four courts are in action from early in the morning to late into the evening.

Friday pits the quarter-finalists against each other, Saturday's semi-finals whittles down the field to the finalists and the tournament reaches its thrilling climax on Sunday 8th March 2026 when five fantastic finals across all five disciplines are contested on one show court - a packed house creating an electric atmosphere with the entire arena focused on every single shuttle hit.

Our Bag Policy

All bags are searched prior to entry; therefore, to help speed things up and ensure your safety, we'd prefer if you didn't bring a bag to our venue.

Now, we understand some of you will definitely need to bring some essential bits to the show, if you do, then your bag **MUST** be the following...

No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)
Maximum of 2 compartments
Rucksacks are not permitted

Age Limits

Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).

Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +.

Tuck into epic burgers with all the trimmings, or enjoy Loaded Fries piled with a variety of topping, and so much more. Vegan and NGCI menus are available, just ask our friendly staff.

Fancy and drink? We've got loads of bars across both floors of the arena, including favourites like Pravha, Stowford Press, Brewdog, so you'll have plenty of options to quench your thirst and get ready for an unforgettable night.
