PARKER BACK IN BIRMINGHAM BLOCKBUSTER

ZACH PARKER WILL defend his WBO International super middleweight championship when Queensberry return to the Utilita Arena in Birmingham for a night of top title action on Saturday November 6, live on BT Sport.

The British super featherweight title, held by Anthony Cacace (19-1, 7 KOs), will also be up for grabs when the Belfast man makes a second defence of the Lonsdale belt.

Joining them on the bill is the hugely popular Stoke middleweight, Nathan Heaney (13-0, 5 KOs), who will have his first major title tilt since teaming up with Frank Warren three fights ago.

Parker (21-0, 15 KOs), the WBO No.1 contender, has been in formidable form since teaming up with Hall of Fame promoter Warren, recording two explosive stoppage victories in the space of less than three rounds of action.

The 27-year-old from Derbyshire is awaiting the call to make his challenge for the world title belt currently held by Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez, who is soon to enter into a unification clash with Caleb Plant.

Cacace, 32, delivered a masterclass performance last time out in August in vanquishing the threat of challenger Lyon Woodstock in his first defence of the title he won by outpointing former champion Sam Bowen in November 2019.

The fights of 'Hitman' Heaney are attracting enormous attention due to the incredible following he has cultivated from his home city. For his last fight at the same Utilita Arena he personally sold some 1,600 tickets, generating a sizzling atmosphere for his win over Konstantin Alexandrov.

There is more middleweight action on the card with unbeaten Belfast powerhouse Caoimhin Agyarko (9-0, 6 KOs), who is closing in on major title contention.

There is also a return to the ring for former Scottish amateur superstar Willy Hutchinson (13-1, 9 KOs) following his sole career setback in a challenge for the British super middleweight title against Lennox Clarke back in March.

Outstanding bantamweight talent Dennis McCann (10-0, 6 KOs) returns for his 11th professional fight and features alongside fellow unbeaten young stars in super lightweights Eithan James (6-0) and George Bance (2-0).

Telford's Raheem Muhammed makes his professional debut at bantamweight.
