Enhanced Cleaning

Your safety is our number one priority whilst you are here with us at Utilita Arena Birmingham! We're all aware of the current climate and the importance of enhanced and regular cleaning across every visit - and it's no different here at our arena.

Our venues are cleaned extensively before and after events. Throughout the event, our cleaning team will also regularly sanitise high touch point areas such as door handles, handrails, stair railings, lift call buttons and ATMs. Please ensure our cleaning team can access any areas they need to get to, so we can all keep our venue sanitised.

As for your cleanliness, as well as constant friendly reminders to wash your hands, we've also got a number of hand sanitiser stations dotted around our venue so you can regularly stay on top of things. If you can't find one, please ask a member of staff who'll be able to point you in the right direction.
